As you may well have heard, Royal Mail are seriously struggling with their deliveries right now. A combination of staff with Covid and so many people buying online has caused this. It is only getting worse in the build up to Christmas.
We will endeavour to get your boots to you, but please bear in mind that once they have left us, they are in the hands of 3rd parties. We do send all boots out tracked, however that is not much help just knowing that they are stuck in the Royal Mail system!
If you want your boots for Christmas, please
1. Order ASAP and before Friday 18th
2. Use 1st Class or Special Delivery
